This is a course for anyone who wants to discover, or rediscover themselves and live a meaningful life in alignment with their values and purpose.

This course revisits the essentials with a fresh perspective, piecing together years of learning into a method that makes sense.  It's packaged into a three week course meant for real humans who have busy lives.

 

We all know what we "should" do, but the challenge lies in actually doing it. This course offers a structure to make the process approachable and provides resources to save you time. Engage with the material at your own pace, focusing on Self-Reflection, Creating a Vision, and Taking Action.

 

Expect weekly video introductions, daily exercises, and varied learning methods that fit your style. Supplementary content is available for deeper learning at your own pace. For personalized support, one-on-one coaching sessions are available—let's make this journey impactful and enjoyable.
