Iain is a board-certified Health & Wellness coach, who has channeled his passion for helping others build healthy, effective habits and systems, into a career. He helps people focus on and take the steps necessary to reach a particular goal or overcome a challenge; people who want to change their life but don’t know where to start. He also offers a self-paced online course that helps people take control of their own journey and unlock some of the answers they already have within.
Iain has a degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder. After spending over 4 years at Headspace Health and over a decade in customer-facing roles with Headspace and other companies, Iain ventured out on his own and became board certified in health and wellness. Iain knows the importance of relationships, collaboration, finding work we believe in, and having fun.

Coaching is about helping you to achieve your goals. The outcome will depend on the work you put in but I'll be here to help you clarify your vision, make a plan to get there, and get back on track if you stumble.
How long will it take?
Real, sustainable change takes time. Most clients spend 3-6 months per goal they have, some work with me for years as they continue to grow and work towards new versions of themselves.

I want to like and trust the people I work with and I bet you do too. I offer this free consultation so we can get to know each other before committing to any work together. We will discuss whatever you'd like to work on, and you can ask any questions you may have about the coaching process, or my practice.
